URNotAlone is constantly changing and growing with our members needs and requests. At the beginning of August, we asked our Silver Members what they thought about us relaxing our photo requirements to make Silver Membership more accessible to more people.
One third of respondents thought that the requirement should be relaxed so that we only required waist length photos instead of full length photos. For the last two days, Dan has been patiently going through the profiles of 37,000 Bronze Members to identify the members who's current provisional photo met the new requirement.
We are happy to announce that we now have more than 700 newly minted Silver Members! Whats even more impressive is that out of 17,000 current Silver member, 13,400 have profiles that are currently online!
For twelve years, URNA has constantly grown and adapted to the needs and wishes of our members, and it has always paid off. Jon and Dan want to welcome our newly christened Silver Members and we hope that our previously existing Silver Members will do the same!
If you are a Bronze member and your profile didn't get upgraded, contact admin@urnotalone.com and we'll review your photo. We did a pretty thorough job, but it's always possible that we missed someone!
Thanks again for helping make URNotAlone the Number One Transgendered Community on the Internet! We are currently getting around 37,000 unique visitors a day with a daily download of around 17GB! We are by far the busiest site of our kind, and a great place to meet people and make friends.
Remember, the URNA experience is what you make of it!

If you look at past polls, we almost always go with the results and many features on the site, including one that Dan and I hate, Ratings, are as a result of polls we've taken. In this one case we compromised. You could have expressed your dissatisfaction without accusing the poll of being rigged. If it had been rigged, we would have fixed the votes to come out with the result we went with, rather than showing what the result actually was.

If you want a bunch of suck-ups like Sassy Cat to berate me for asking questions and live with the "status quo" fine, I'll go away...I'm trying to help, and I only wanted an honest and straightforward answer to one simple question regarding your "rules": Why are waist up photos acceptable and bust shots not? (for whatever membership level) Please don't tell me I'm insulting you, this is a very simple debate
