Lea T, born Leandro Cerezo, is undergoing hormone replacement therapy ahead of a full sex-change, but in the meantime is still securing major modelling campaigns.
The 28-year-old is currently in a modelling campaign for Givenchy, has posed naked for French Vogue and is in this month's Italian Vanity Fair, where she describes her struggle with her identity.
