2nd University by the Sea features courses from the classic to the comedic
Some might say only in Long Beach could you attend a lecture on the Roman Republic given by Mayor Bob Foster, immediately followed by a crash course on how to be a drag queen.
Those classes and more than 70 others were offered at this year's University by the Sea festival, or U-Sea, in the East Village Arts District on Sunday.
